I have recipe to share today but I'm happy to say that I've lost 25 lbs in the past few months. I firmly believe it is because I've been eating less at each meal time and not from the box when I do. My lack of physical activity makes it even more food related. I can't say enough good things about fresh foods and how important they are for your health and life. I hope to share more wonderful recipes for healthy living. Today is my youngest sons birthday. We plan to make Chicken Tacos and they are super easy. I'll see you later and share how you make them.
